HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return and our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions once approved.
Items must be unused and in the same condition you receive it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the condition of a product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT / DAMAGED
If you received a defective product, the wrong product or a simply not satisfied please contact our customer service team. Please include the following information.
- Order number
- Fault description
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Complete delivery address
- Contact number
HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns can take up 14 business days from the time we receive your return. Defective product returns will receive a full refund, Non-defective products shipping and handling costs are not included in the refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days of the receipt of your return.
Contact your card-issuing bank with any questions about the time it takes for your credit to be posted to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel or modify your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the requested changes to your order. Orders which have been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.
